Orders & pricing
All prices are in USD and include applicable product costs; shipping is free within the United States unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and typically delivered within 8-10 business days; see our Shipping Policy for details.
Products
TaranTerra products are acrylic housing and display enclosures for pet tarantulas and similar invertebrates, provided "as is" for everyday consumer use. Choosing an enclosure suited to your animal's species and life stage remains your responsibility; our size guide can help. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
