When you order, we collect the details needed to fulfill it: name, shipping address, email and payment confirmation (card data is handled solely by Stripe). If you email us, we keep your message to reply.
How we use it
Your details are used to process and deliver your order, send order and tracking updates, and answer your messages. We share them only with the service providers needed to do that: Stripe for payment processing and our fulfillment and shipping partners for delivery. We never sell your personal information.
Analytics
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and does not use cookies or track individual visitors.
Data retention
We keep order records only as long as needed for support, refunds and legal obligations, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data any time at contact@tarantulaenclosure.com. We reply within 24-48 hours.
