Every TaranTerra order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your enclosure arrives damaged or you're not satisfied, we'll replace it or refund you, no complicated hoops.

How it works

  1. Email contact@tarantulaenclosure.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Tell us the issue (a photo or short description helps).
  3. We arrange a replacement or refund to your original payment method.

Returns are free. If an enclosure is damaged or defective on arrival, you usually don't even need to ship it back for a refund; we resolve it directly. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once approved, and we reply to every request within 24-48 hours.
